Bathroom renovations?

We are renovating our house to hopefully sell in a couple years. We are renovating the bathroom new everything but are not sure where its worth putting a new vanity its big 6 feet long, and we plan to tile the top but not sure if we should replace the whole thing its kinda out of our budget at approx 00. The house was built in 1964 will it look bad if we just paint the vanity and tile the top?
